Returns & Exchanges

At Project Kahn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Shipping and Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
